Arch is looking to bring on someone to lead Institutional Sales & Capital Markets. In this role, you will have a massive opportunity to impact our company’s growth by sourcing and managing Arch’s liquidity needs. đź’Ľ The Opportunity
We expect you to be a jack of all trades across investor relations, capital markets, financial partnerships, and institutional sales related work. The scope of work does not have clear boundaries, and you need to be excited to jump in and share your opinions on almost anything.

🧑‍💻What you will be doing
- Build relationships with institutional counterparties such as family offices, crypto native institutions (DAOs, market makers, etc), private credit investors, and more.
- Negotiate, structure, execute and manage debt transactions for Arch to continue scaling lending products via warehouse facilities, forward flow opportunities, or other creative structures.
- Manage and execute our reporting function with external lenders.
- Work cross-functionally on various strategic initiatives, including Arch’s product roadmap.
- Build relationships with debt lenders and investors.
đź“Š Who you are
Minimum qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Institutional Sales and Capital Markets at a Fintech, structured finance investment banking, or investment product sales.
- Hands on experience raising debt either via a warehouse facility, forward flow structure, or a securitization.
- High level of proficiency in Excel.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and biased towards execution.
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively.
- Well connected across bank and non-bank lenders as well as family offices, private credit funds and debt investors.
